Delivery

Orders are placed directly on WhatsApp — there is no online checkout in this phase. Once you confirm your size and delivery address, your order ships with a trusted courier across Bangladesh.

Delivery takes 1–2 business days inside Dhaka and 3–5 business days for the rest of the country.

Delivery is free inside Dhaka on orders over ৳2,000. Below that threshold, and on every order outside Dhaka, a delivery charge applies — it's shown before you confirm your order on WhatsApp.

Payment is Cash on Delivery only. Pay the courier when your order arrives; there is no online payment step.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are open for 7 days from your delivery date.

The item must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Items that don't meet this condition can't be accepted.

To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and the reason for the return.

Every return is resolved as an exchange or store credit. Since payment is Cash on Delivery only, there is no cash refund process.
